Medication

When your child needs to take medicine at school

All medication is to be brought to the office by the parent with a note stating the following details:

  • Child’s name and class              

  • Name of Medication

  • Dosage                        

  • Time medication required

  • Parent’s signature and date

Please include a medicine cup or  medicine spoon.  Medication will need to be collected by the parent at the end of the day.

Asthmatics

 

Please complete the medication request, detailing medication, dosage and asthma plan.  This is available from the Office.

 

Asthma sprays

 

Students should carry their asthma spray with them at all times.  If needed, a spare asthma spray can be left at school.
